I am a visual artist who came to the field of ceramics in the late 2010s, now represented in private ceramic collections identified as Organica Balcanica. I am driven by the ambivalent influence of my career as a designer in digital environments. My experiments of the ceramics material were heavily influenced by my passions for wanderlust and photography, but also by one particularly elegant study of function and meaning for the receiver. One which I encountered in the structured world of IT. One that did a lot of modelling on me through the years. Also, one that obliged my creative spirit to reach for escape, in meditation, in exploration, in dance, and in touch. In their warm dance of apparel, form and surface, my ceramic works feed the need for inner balance and open little gates for wider worlds. Organica Balcanica cosy studio is also open for play with clay creative experiences.
